Staff seem didn't like Thai Tourist. House keeping have internal walkie talkie, after 9.am they can wake every rooms on the floor when they have internal concerstion.

The location was very good. Staff was very helpful and even assisted us in booking a tour to Doi Suthep. Room was comfortable and clean.

I loved the place. It is a small boutique hotel with great rooms and excellent service. The food and bar service was great too. Is perfectly located to enjoy all Chiang Mai old town.

Spacious, clean rooms and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable.

The staff were really friendly. The location was great - lot of little cafe, eateries close by. Hotel was quiet, great pool. Great size rooms.

The place is a little tired looking, but this did not detract from the wonderful staff and relaxed atmosphere.

The property is new/renovated, the room is clean, spacious and with all needed amenities. Staff is nice and helpful.

The laundry services gave me headache as my clothes returned to me with several stains. It was solved in the other day after complaining about it to the staff, but it added unnecessary tension and stress.Breakfast is very limited, I would not pay for it unless extremely needed due to the time of the tours, etc.

In a good location for those who want to explore the old town.

The swimming pool closing at 8:00 PM was a bit disappointing in terms of my holiday plans. I was hoping to be able to use it later in the evening as well. ?

Beautiful hotel, great pool, friendly helpful staff, perfect location.

The hallways were very loud. Some canvas pictures filled with sound absorbing foam would make a huge difference. My hoka and teva shoes gripped to the floor making for a loud walk down the hall. Could also hear other people walking down the hall in my room. And doors opening and closing. More sound proofing would’ve made the stay perfect

Room smells and they din't fix

It was a fantastic modern hotel in the very center of the old city. Everything was near. And the staff was so so good.

the staff is local and friendly. but the parking lot is on the side, so its a little hard to manage the welcoming experience. The hotel design is well-design but not that neatly.

the quality of the bed and linen should have been much better. the material and the guestroom door should have been sealed, because we heard the noise from the corridor all the time.

First of all the hotel said that they have parking lots and as it turns out they DONT .. they lied .2nd of all .. the rooms has a bad smell like something died 3rd of all .. they don’t provide luggage help 4th of all they basically lack all the essential elements of being a decent hotel I definitely WON’T come here again and I recommend that you don’t.
